Cowboy Bowl
I love the Cowboy Bowl! The beans are perfect! Top that with the amazing brisket and cheese, it's the best! I can eat two-three meals off of the large bowl! I love the jalapeno cornbread too!
Pit Meat Dinner Plate with 3 Sides
One of the the biggest changes of Living in California after living in Texas is that you ome to really appreciate and miss that Texas Railhead Barbecue. Smokey and SO delicious,you really taste the fall apart brisket which is truly the best bite your mouth will ever take. Its completely addictive. Ask anyone !

Delicious food! We normally get the lite rib plate, hubby with pinto beans & potato salad and fries and pinto beans for me. And of course…ice cold brewsky!!!
